Kouign Amann is nearly ready

The bike will be unveiled on the 22nd of May.

Marc Lesourd (the rider) crashed during the French Championship on the very wet and slippery road but managed to finished 3rd.
The following WE, he won the Classique Genevoise race in Swizerland. The first part of the race was flat and fast (60-62Km/h) and Marc was following a fully faired bike. He left alone in the first hill climb and the rest of the riders could not catch up. Marc won with 8min lead over the DF (ordinary diamond frame bikes).
Congratulation Marc!

Hello MalricYour blog is getting better.
This bicycle is dual 26.
Do you make plans to build a bike similar to the speculos, but with 26x26 configuration?
I think it would be beautifull, perhaps with a performance above the average of the other bikes.

Abraços,

FRANZ

Hi Franz,
Yes I plan to make a 2x26 on the same concept. The bike should be ready in September as we want to make a big testing session to decide which High Racer is best for production. A steel version built by a friend of mine is very fast up-hill so a lighter carbon version should be even better.
